The Hattman Renovation demonstrates how a homeowner can renovate and upgrade their home to better fit their family's needs by better utilizing their existing square footage. The Hattman home is not unlike the other homes in the neighborhood with many sharing the exact same layout and dimensions.
We took unused storage and attic space to build out a Home Office, a Home Gym, and a Guest Suite (Bedroom and Bathroom) and we can do the same for your unused space!
This renovation project is three phases, with each phase taking no longer than 3 weeks, but resulting in spaces the Hattman family will utilize more than ever before!
In the first phase of this project, we converted the Hattmans' unused storage space into a Home office, complete with a window and custom, built-in shelving units for additional storage.
Phase 1 duration: 1 week
In phase 2, we converted unused attic space into a home gym.
Phase 2 duration: 3 weeks
This phase is currently in-progress. Project duration for phase 3 is expected to be up to 3 weeks.
