The Childers Renovation is a total home renovation of a historical home in the King William District in San Antonio. The first phase of the renovation included pier and beam foundation repair, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 study, and the kitchen and dining room. A second phase will soon be underway, consisting of a bedroom and bathroom addition.
In the first phase of this project, we updated the entire interior and exterior of the home with all new hardwood flooring, custom cabinets, electrical work, new paint, and custom barn doors among many other beautiful features.
2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a Study, Kitchen & Dining Room, Foundation Repair and a new roof.
In phase 2, we will build out a bedroom and bathroom addition.
