- Paint color: What colors would you like to incorporate? What accent color(s)?
- Lighting style: Would you like to keep the same light fixtures or upgrade?
- Switch and outlet placement: Would you like to relocate certain outlets or switches for better functionality?
- Dimmer switches & USB outlets: Would you like to upgrade basic switches and outlets to a dimmer switch or USB outlet and modernize your home?
- Baseboards: Would you like to remove, replace, or add baseboards? With or without a shoe mold?
- Flooring: What type of flooring would you like to incorporate? Tile? Luxury Vinyl Plank?
- Shower Tile: What type/size would you like to use? What color or pattern?
