GTex General Contracting transformed this San Antonio bathroom by replacing the existing tub with a tiled walk-in shower. The before-and-after image shows the change from a tub-and-shower combination with a curtain rod to a glass-enclosed shower with a recessed mosaic niche.
The completed project was featured on GTex’s Google Business Profile. The project post identifies large-format tile, the custom mosaic niche, frameless glass, updated fixtures and new flooring as part of the transformation.
The mosaic pattern in the niche echoes the smaller tile on the shower floor, while the larger wall tile gives the surrounding surfaces a quieter appearance. The glass makes those details visible from the rest of the bathroom.
